Christmas

So, my tripod broke. I mean, it’s still usable, but it’s rather annoying, actually. Anyway, my first Christmas presents arrived in the mail from my aunt up in Pennsylvania yesterday, so I just had to throw them on. I thought the outfit was a little bland so I threw on my head jewelry and voila! Perfection. (You may recall that I’ve been lusting after this skirt for a while.)

Let it snow!
So, along with the second snow we get our first snow day of the school year! I was so happy I braved the cold without a coat and took pictures of my outfit; I haven’t been doing that a lot lately, if you couldn’t tell. But I’m trying to get back on the wagon! (Also, I’ve officially given up on the 30 for 30 challenge. Whatever.)

Lumos (and a split personality)
In honor of it being Harry Potter Weekend on ABC family, I decided to do a shoot with a wand. (Why, yes, I am a huge Harry Potter nerd, thank you for asking.)
I like to think that I have two fashion personalities: there’s Owl, unafraid of anything, totally trendy and edgy (think Rumi Neely. Only a little toned down). Then there’s me, the real me, the vintage-inspired lover of all thing cream and pastel. Think Rebecca the Clothes Horse, only a little more girly. This outfit is most definitely not Owl. This one’s all me.
